Shipping Policy
Sadot Organics currently offers 3 methods of shipping: USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS Next Day Air. We ship to any address within the United States. Currently, we do not ship to international addresses, but we hope to be changing this shortly. Please check back with us soon.
All orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number with which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Depending on weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier.
PLEASE NOTE
When ordering during hot/cold months, it is important to keep watch for your package with the tracking number provided. Please be sure to retrieve your package once delivered to prevent excess weather exposure. If your product experiences melting, simply refrigerate it until it solidifies. The consistency may be different (whipped body butter will no longer be whipped), but will still provide all of the same wonderful benefits of your organic product. Also, when a “whipped” butter experiences melting the contents of the jar will be less than full when it solidifies. Be assured that you are still receiving the same amount that you would have had the product not melted. If your product freezes, let it thaw naturally at room temperature.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the shipping provider. Sadot Organics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please note that the shipping rates for the products that we sell are dimension- and weight-based. The dimensions and weights of our products can be found on their pages under their Descriptions. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Refunds
We definitely accept returns!
We don’t care about how long it’s been since the product was purchased nor do we care if the product is in the original packaging.
We do require it to be in its original container, but not its original packaging. If the mistake is on our customer’s end, then we will replace the product or provide store credit as long as less than 1/5 of the product has been used. Likewise, if the mistake is on our customer’s end, then once per calendar year, we will refund 100% of the purchase price as long as less than 1/5 of the product has been used.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for the replacement product to be sent out.
Exchanges of this type will be processed within 5 days of us receiving your initial product back in our office.
Refunds of this type will be processed within 3 days of us receiving your initial product back in our office.
If there is any mistake made on our end, we will happily and urgently either replace the product with no cost to our customer or provide a full refund.

Exchanges or refunds of this type will be processed immediately.
Products purchased and identified as gifts during their initial purchase will be shipped with a gift receipt included. These products may be returned for a refund, but the refund amount will be credited back to the original method of payment. These products may also be returned for exchange and the new replacement products can be sent to a new, updated shipping address.
All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
If you received a free gift with your purchase, the free gift is yours to keep! You do not have to send your free gift back with a product you are returning or exchanging.
Free gifts, free samples, and “3 For’s” are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
To exchange a sample set, all products in the set must be returned together.
Discount codes may be used up to 24 hours after an order has been placed.

Okay, Here’s the Fine Print Stuff
Gift certificates are nonrefundable.
We can not be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Products purchased from anywhere other than our website, SadotOrganics.com, are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Likewise, any Sadot Organics products purchased from SadotOrganics.com are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit at any other retailers who sell Sadot Organics products.
Sadot Organics reserves the right to refuse or limit any return.
If you return a product to us for exchange, the replacement product is not eligible for a refund or an exchange.
We reserve the right to update or change our Returns Policy at any time.
Free gifts are only available while supplies last and are not guaranteed with any order.
Any situation regarding the exchange of or refund for a product or order that is not included in the policy stipulations above will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
